Classica Homes is committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, Realtors, trade partners, and other business contacts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly, such as name, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address, including preferences you share through a Request for Information. If you contact us by text message (SMS), we collect your mobile number and message content in order to respond. We never request financial information, account numbers, security codes, or Social Security numbers online or by email. You should not provide such information in any format without speaking to us.
Our website uses Mouseflow, an analytics tool that records visitor behavior such as clicks, scrolling, form interactions, device and browser information, and general location, in order to help us improve the site. Classica Homes never sells, rents, or leases your personal information. We share certain buyer information, such as name, contact details, floor plan and community selections, and construction progress, with NoviHome, the third-party platform that powers our buyer app for progress updates, document access, and warranty support. NoviHome may use this data to operate and improve its own platform, consistent with its privacy policy.
Text messaging opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are used solely to communicate with you about your home, project, or service request.
We use SMS for direct communication with clients, prospects, agents, and trade partners about appointments, construction updates, selections, inspections, warranty service, and delivery coordination, as well as internally among employees for scheduling and job site logistics.
With your consent, we may also send promotional texts about new communities, floor plans, or special offers. We only text individuals who have opted in, and we do not purchase or use third-party contact lists for texting.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all text messages; you'll receive a confirmation and may reply START to opt back in. Our internal databases and systems are secured and maintained by our outside IT provider using appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards.
This website and the third-party platforms we use, including NoviHome, Mouseflow, and Audience Town, are hosted and secured independently by their respective providers. Classica Homes is not responsible for their security practices or any data breach involving these platforms; we encourage you to review each provider's own policy.
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as tracking pixels and local storage) for:

● Analytics, through Google Analytics and Mouseflow, to understand site usage
