The Best in American Living Awards, presented by the National Association of Home Builders, celebrate innovation, design excellence, and livability across the homebuilding industry. Being recognized in multiple categories underscores Classica’s commitment to thoughtfully designed homes that balance timeless style, everyday functionality, and elevated living.

The award-winning kitchen design reflects Classica’s approach to modern luxury—featuring oversized appliances, generous work surfaces, and intentional layouts designed for both daily life and entertaining.

The Best Single-Family Community recognition highlights Classica’s ability to create inspiring neighborhoods that connect architecture, lifestyle, and place. Oak Farm was also selected as Best Community Amenity Feature and Community of the Year at the Charlotte Homebuilders Association of Greater Charlotte MAME awards earlier this year. The MAME event honors the best of the best in Homebuilding in the Charlotte region.

As Silver Award winners, Classica Homes will now advance to compete for the Gold Medal at the International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Orlando, Florida, this February, placing the Charlotte-based builder on a national stage among the industry’s best.
