Classica’s model leaseback program allows individuals or investors to purchase our model homes for with a designated leaseback term. Typically, this is a two year lease, with options to renew. The terms of the lease provide no cash outflow by the buyer – all operating costs are paid by Classica Homes, including property taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities, HOA fees, etc.
The purchase price of the model home is at a discount, compared to regular list price, making an attractive investment opportunity, as well as providing a competitive return on investment, with the monthly lease payment.
