I-77 Exit 77, US-21/SC-5/S. Anderson Rd. At the bottom of the ramp, turn east. Remain on S. Anderson Rd. for approximately 4.5 miles. Take the SC-5 eixt toward Roddey/Lancaster. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto SC-5 East and go another 5.2 miles. Turn right onto Riverside Drive and go 2.7 miles. Turn right onto Cobblestone Way and into Riverchase Estates. At the T-junction, the amenity center will be in front of you, turn right. From there, take your first left onto Persimmon Rd. The Marin-Expanded Model will be on your left, 4007 Persimmon Rd.
