You may already have a lot, be shopping for a lot or still dreaming. Classica will walk your lot or lots you are considering to point out attributes and possible challenges before you ever decide on a home. They’ll give you an overview of what homes will fit on your lot, home orientation, an idea of what’s involved in making the lot “build ready” as well as pertinent regulation and restrictions. Planning Is Done. It's Time to Build

Near the beginning of construction, you‘ll have detailed Home Site and Pre-construction Meetings. At the mechanical stage, you’ll have another review. These are formal reviews, but your Builder is glad to meet with you throughout the entire building process.

Classica will thoroughly vet your lot and you will have a well-studied, estimated cost to develop your lot before you finalize your purchase. 

Yes! On their website you’ll find photos, videos, 3D walkthroughs of their complete portfolio of custom homes. Explore the interactive floor plans for optional ways your home can be designed.

For every custom floorplan designed by nationally recognized architect Dave Kosco of Bassenian Lagoni, Classica has three to six different exterior styles. The exteriors are crafted by another nationally renowned architect, Todd Hallett of TK Design. Classica is committed to providing the best, bringing together two top architects to design your perfect home.

Classica is glad to evaluate the lot or lots you are considering. They can help you understand what needs to be done to get the land prepped and ready to build on, and the costs involved. Reach out today to get started!

You'll be amazed at all the fabulous things you can choose, including interior and exterior colors, cabinets, tile, counters, trim, carpet, and more. Your Designer will guide you through all the exciting ways to customize your home. You'll also meet with Classica's appliance and lighting trade partners outside the Design Studio, and you can choose to meet with landscape, and audio/video trade partners as well. Best of all, you'll know the cost of everything you're considering, no surprises.

You'll have a pre-construction meeting with your Designer and Builder, who will guide you through the 7 - 8 months building process. Near the beginning of construction, you‘ll have a Home Site and Pre-construction Review to evaluate plans and specifications. When your home reaches the mechanical stage, you’ll have another formal review. Classica welcomes you to visit any time and encourages you to request meetings with your Builder as needed. Remember, you have their email and phone number, and they are always happy to answer your questions.
