Classica Homes is featuring three model homes in the 2026 Charlotte Parade of Homes, open to tour September 19 & 20 and September 26 & 27, from 1 to 5 p.m. each day. The lineup spans three distinct styles, each built around Classica's approach to Design and Inspired Living, and each open for buyers to walk through, ask questions, and see what Refreshingly Custom actually looks like in person. 

The Parade of Homes is the largest home tour in the Charlotte region, and it's one of the best ways to compare builders side by side under one roof, so to speak.
