Classica Homes is featuring three model homes in the 2026 Charlotte Parade of Homes, open to tour September 19 & 20 and September 26 & 27, from 1 to 5 p.m. each day. The lineup spans three distinct styles, each built around Classica's approach to Design and Inspired Living, and each open for buyers to walk through, ask questions, and see what Refreshingly Custom actually looks like in person.
The Parade of Homes is the largest home tour in the Charlotte region, and it's one of the best ways to compare builders side by side under one roof, so to speak. For Classica, it's also a chance to show off three very different homes that all start from the same place: custom architectural plans from nationally recognized architects, paired with the curated finishes and craftsmanship Classica is known for.

The Montecito Ranch brings single-level, indoor-outdoor
living to the forefront, with covered outdoor living room designed to extend the home's
living space outward. It's a plan built for buyers who want the ease of ranch
living without giving up the scale and detail of a true custom home.

The Laguna Sur model home showcases Classica's take on
modern coastal-inspired architecture, with an open layout and design details
meant to be lived in, not just looked at. It's a strong example of how Classica
buyers create their own version of a floor plan without starting from a blank
page.
In Huntersville, the Napa Modern Farmhouse model pairs
clean, contemporary lines with warm, farmhouse-inspired materials. It's a good
representation of Classica's exterior architecture work and the kind of quietly
luxurious curb appeal the brand builds toward.
All three Classica entries are open September 19 & 20
and September 26 & 27, from 1 to 5 p.m. each day. To see the full lineup of
